Project Initiation Process
CLINICAL PROJECTS
CAP, ACD, CLIA and ISO 15189-compliant, high-quality sequencing and analysis services available for clinical diagnostics. These services generate clinical reports, which are completed by certified geneticists. WGTS and WGS assay turnaround time is 45 calendar days; Targeted Sequencing assay turnaround time is 21 calendar days.
RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)
From tissue extraction to whole genome, exome, transcriptome, targeted, or customized sequencing, we can help at any stage of your genomics research, even if you are working with low input and/or low quality biospecimens. You can choose to receive fastq-only or the standard analysis pipeline.
BRING YOUR OWN DATA (BYOD)
Data is required to be in fastq format (specifically Illumina compatible fastq format). Data must be received before we can generate an official quote, we must determine that the data we receive is compatible with our machines and processes. Data is returned as RUO standard pipeline processes.
We are now a Certified Ultima Service Provider offering sequencing services with the new UG100 Solaris!
